Our turkey team consists of 5 rescued turkeys. Callum was raised for an FFA program and then abandoned at the school. Saved by a teacher who discovered turkeys’ curious, caring personalities, he was later joined by Brenda, Larry, and Butternut who were all rescued from factory farms. Sam Peckett was brought to us by a local man who was caring for him when Sam lost his companion, and the kindly man thought he deserved a flock. We agree!
