Sweet Farm is staffed by a hard-working team of incredible and compassionate people who lead our programs and care for the plants and animals on the farm. We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Animal Caregiver. This critical member of our team will work together with our other caregivers in cleaning barns, feeding, grooming, administering medications and supplements, and general care for the 110+ rescued animals in our care. You must be reliable (the animals AND the humans count on you!), a great team player, okay with manual labor and working outdoors. Starting at $18/hr.

Our staffed is cross-trained to support all our programs, from animal care to education and agriculture. We feel it’s important for all our team members to be able to address needs across the farm and to be able to answer all the different types of questions that we can get from the public. It makes the work that much more fulfilling, too!
