Help Agnes have the ending she deserves
We couldn’t say “no” to this face.
She looks like a grumpy old lady. We named her Agnes for that reason— the unimpressed eyes, the mustachioed scowl, the way she seems to have seen it all already. But the truth is, Agnes is barely a year old.
She came to Sweet Farm through our TNR program, just another community cat in need of care. But during her exam, we discovered something heartbreaking: Agnes has feline leukemia (FeLV), a serious and highly contagious virus that will shorten her life significantly.
And as if that weren’t enough, she’s also suffering from painful mouth sores that make it hard to eat, groom, or simply be comfortable. Agnes should be at the beginning of her life…not facing the end of it.
We can’t change her diagnosis. But we can make the time she has left—whether it’s a year or two—safe, comfortable, and full of love.
Because every animal deserves comfort and love—no matter how long they have.
